Next Arts Project: "The Nutcracker"

The Center for American Heritage Studies is focused on providing outstanding and varied arts and cultural education programs.

The Center's next project is a collaboration to produce Tchaikovsky's wonderful ballet, "The Nutcracker" at the Eisenhower Theatre at Penn State. Working with the Arts Conservatory of Central Pennsylvania, the Center for the Performing Arts, and the Centre County Historical Society, we are transforming E.T.A. Hoffman's charming story from its 19th century German-Russian roots to Centre County, 1863. The performance is planed for later in November, 2007.
