. One day (Friday or Saturday) registration costs $15; both days (Friday and Saturday) registration costs $25. All students, Penn State faculty and staff, and senior citizens (65+) attend free. The conference fee covers the cost of facilities and beverage breaks. Tables have been reserved at the Nittany Lion Inn Dining Room for lunch on Friday and Saturday; tickets for the buffet are available for $11.95 (beverages not inclusive). Our traditional medieval banquet will be held Friday night at the Toftrees Resort and Conference Center, at the cost of $26.95 per person (gratuity and non-alcoholic beverages inclusive), featuring a performance of Arthurian-themed songs by vocalist, Heather Dale. Reservations and payments for these meals must be made by March 20, 2007. Seating at conference meals is rather limited and therefore must be paid in advance.

Alternatively, to register by email, contact the Center's assistant Brigitte Weinsteiger. A letter of acknowledgment will be sent upon receipt of the advance registration form. Refunds of registration fees will be made if notification of cancellation is received in writing before March 20, 2007. Pre-registered attendees may begin to pick up their packets in the lobby of the Palmer Museum, starting at 8.00 am on the morning of Friday, March 30.
Lodging Information
Participants are responsible for making their own lodging accommodations. A list of area hotels and motels is available upon request. Given the usual crush of events on campus, we recommend that you book your room(s) early. We have reserved a block of rooms at the Comfort Suites (814-235-1900) and the Motel 6 (814-235-1600), but these blocks are only available for a limited time. Mention the conference when booking at these locations.
